About the job

We are now looking for a Consultant delivering and consulting on Project management and Business analysis areas.

 

You will be responsible for

• Assure project delivery within scope, time, budget, quality and other objectives

• Plan and govern all project lifecycle and supporting activities

• Assure project delivery in accordance to organization, quality and best practice expectations

• Participate and/or lead the work of gathering requirements from business stakeholders

• Breaking down product backlogs into MVP´s and user stories

• Provide help and support to software engineers to ensure a common understanding of requirements

• Manage or participate in team's scrum ceremonies and lead requirements refinement sessions

• Manage acceptance testing of developed functionality to determine if a solution has fulfilled the requirements

• Manage stakeholder expectations and implement required changes

• Manage project resources and their performance

 

Qualifications From Candidates Important For Succeeding

• Practical project management experience in at least 2 projects in IT field

• Practical people management experience in teams

• Solid understanding of project management processes and the best practices

• Good presentation and argumentation skills

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, ability to take responsibility

• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving attitude

• Fluent spoken & written English and Latvian

• Target oriented

• Creative mind
